Extract text from EP files

The .EP file type is primarily associated with Evolus Pencil, an open-source GUI prototyping tool used to create mockups, wireframes, and diagrams. These files rely on an XML-based structure to define shapes, connectors, and page layouts.
While excellent for editing, .EP files present significant sharing challenges. They are proprietary to the Pencil Project ecosystem, meaning stakeholders, clients, or developers cannot view the designs without installing the specific software on their machines. Furthermore, these files are not natively supported by web browsers or standard image viewers. To review prototypes or include them in documentation, users must convert .EP files to universally accessible formats. For static review, converting to PDF or PNG is ideal. For integration into other vector editing workflows (like Adobe Illustrator), SVG is the preferred target.
