Extract text from Zepp OS packages (ZPK)

To convert other file formats to the "Game and App Archives" file type, you need software like Unity or a similar tool.
The .ZPK file extension primarily denotes a compressed package used across several distinct, unrelated platforms. Most commonly, it acts as a game asset package file utilized by Zynga Inc games built on the Unity game engine. It is also frequently encountered as a Zepp OS application package for Zepp Health smartwatches, or as game data archives for Zone of the Enders. In enterprise settings, it appears as an XML-based shipping transaction batch file for ZenKraft ShipMate or ShipWorks.
The main disadvantage of .ZPK files is their proprietary and highly fragmented nature. Because the extension is shared by completely unrelated applications (game engines, smartwatch OS installers, forex data, and hardware firmware updates), standard operating systems cannot identify the correct program to open them. A Zepp OS .ZPK is simply a renamed ZIP file, while a shipping .ZPK is plain text XML, yet double-clicking them will usually result in an error. They are not natively supported by web browsers or standard archive managers unless manually renamed or handled with specialized extraction tools.
Users typically need to extract the contents rather than execute a direct conversion. Target formats depend heavily on the internal structure: Zepp OS files should be unpacked to standard ZIP archives, while ZenKraft files can be safely converted to XML or TXT for text inspection. Converting Unity asset packages requires specialized software to extract the embedded FBX or PNG files.
