A .wtf file is predominantly a plain-text configuration file used by the World of Warcraft (WoW) game client. A secondary, less common use for the .wtf format is temperature recorder data generated by Carrier Transicold Wintrac hardware.
The main disadvantage of the .wtf format is its obscure extension.
