Extract text from BlackBullet configuration files (BBC)

The .bbc file extension is primarily used as a configuration file for BlackBullet, an automated account checker and penetration testing application. These files store specific rules, variables, and scraping logic used to test credential lists against targeted websites. A secondary, historical use for the .bbc extension is for word processor documents and data files created on the legacy BBC Microcomputer utilizing BBC BASIC.
While BlackBullet natively imports these configurations, the files themselves are structurally built on JSON. The major disadvantage of the .bbc format is its highly specialized nature. Users without the specific checker software installed cannot readily utilize the configs, and the obscure extension often confuses standard operating systems, preventing them from opening the file automatically in a text editor. Legacy BBC Microcomputer files are even more problematic due to their obsolete, proprietary binary encoding that modern operating systems simply do not recognize.
For BlackBullet configurations, the best conversion target is standard JSON or plain TXT. This allows developers to easily review and edit the scraping rules in applications like Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code without needing the original checker tool. Legacy BBC documents are best converted to TXT to salvage any human-readable text, though original formatting will be lost.
