About WBS files

A .wbs file is typically a Work Breakdown Structure project schedule file created by WBS Schedule Pro. It can also be a website project file generated by WYSIWYG Web Builder. These files store project hierarchies, task dependencies, or offline website layouts. The primary disadvantage of a .wbs file is its proprietary nature. It requires specialized desktop software to open and edit. If you share a .wbs file with a client who lacks the software, they will not be able to view the project timeline. To share project charts, you must convert the .wbs file to a standard format like PDF, JPG, or PNG. For web projects, exporting to standard HTML and CSS is required for browser viewing. Because these formats rely on complex proprietary structures, standard online converters fail to process them. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the data.

Convert.Guru analyzes your WBS file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted WPS, MPP, PDF, XLSX, 7Z, EXE, HTML, DOCX, ZIP and SCD files.
