For phylogenetic data, convert .TNT to NEX (Nexus), FST (FASTA), or plain TXT to guarantee compatibility with broader bioinformatics tools like Mesquite. For TNTmips spatial data, export or convert to SHP (Shapefile), KML, or OBJ for modern 3D and GIS workflows.
