To convert other file formats to the "Pricing Model or Certificate" file type, you need software like Salesforce or a similar tool.
About SDG files
An .SDG file is a highly fragmented format that primarily functions as a Sales deal pricing model generated by the Salesforce Sysdog tool, an encrypted Digital Seal Certificate (CSD) request for the Mexican tax authority (SAT), or a vector diagram created by SmartDraw. In the case of Salesforce, the file acts as a standard ZIP archive holding proprietary pricing configurations. For municipal users, it often operates as a JSON-based real property transfer report generated by Systems Development Group, Inc.
The .SDG format is heavily fractured across entirely different enterprise tools, which presents significant challenges for users. Sysdog files are internal Salesforce assets useless outside of their CRM ecosystem. SAT certificate requests are encrypted government blobs. SmartDraw archives are proprietary vector files that require an active, paid subscription to open, edit, or export. Most standard image viewers or text editors will completely fail to open an .SDG file.
Converting .SDG files depends strictly on the source software. SmartDraw diagrams should be exported to PDF, PNG, or SVG for broad sharing, but this requires the original software. Sysdog pricing models can theoretically be extracted as ZIP files to view the raw data, though the XML or JSON inside may be difficult to parse without Salesforce. Geotechnical strata diagrams from Bentley Systems gINT must similarly be exported to PDF using the native CAD software.
Because this file format is difficult to open or convert due to its multiple proprietary origins, standard online converters usually fail. However, you can drag and drop your .SDG file into convert.guru to see what it is. We can identify the exact internal signature - whether it is a ZIP archive, a certificate, or a JSON file - inspect the file, and show text or internal content. If our analysis detects a supported underlying format, viewing or conversion may still be possible.
Use Convert.Guru to open and convert your SDG file.
If you want to convert SDG file to DWG, DXF, DGN, RVT, RFA, SKP, 3DM, STEP, IGES, SAT, X_T or X_B, you can use Salesforce or similar software from the "Sysdog Pricing & Certificate Requests" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….
To convert SLDASM, DGN, PRT, IAM, X_B, CATPRODUCT, SLDPRT, RVT, ASM, DWG, CATPART or DXF files to SDG, try Salesforce or another comparable tool in the "Sysdog Pricing & Certificate Requests" category.
The SDG Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our SDG converter.
