Alternatively, it functions as a raw waveform data file for acoustic measurement in Rational Acoustics Smaart, a network flow data file for CERT NetSA SiLK tools, or even a JSON-based workflow and watermark definition for NRCSof software.
Because the .RWF extension is fragmented across entirely different industries, it is a highly frustrating format for end-users to manage. These files are deeply proprietary. The Allplan variant requires a costly, specialized CAD suite just to read basic reinforcement schedules.
