About RVP files

If you are dealing with an .RVP file, you are likely facing one of two distinct technical hurdles. The most common scenario for laboratory professionals is the Rapid Visco Analyser data file generated by instruments from Perten Instruments. These files contain critical rheological data (viscosity, temperature, speed) used in food quality testing.
