Primarily, it is identified as a RAR Compressed Archive, often resulting from a non-standard naming convention for multi-volume archives (where a large file is split into parts like .rar, .r00, .rrr) or a simple user typo where a RAR file was saved as .RRR. In this state, the file is functionally a container holding compressed data, but standard operating systems cannot natively unzip it without the correct software or renaming.
The secondary but significant use case is as a Registry Report generated by Revo Uninstaller Pro. These files contain detailed logs of Windows Registry keys and values created by installed software.
