Extract text from Print spool files (PJL)

The .PJL (Printer Job Language) file is a command script developed by Hewlett-Packard to control printer hardware settings independent of the printed content. Unlike standard documents, a PJL file acts as a "wrapper" or envelope for the actual print data (typically PCL or PS).

A major limitation is that while the header contains readable ASCII commands (like @PJL SET PAPER=LETTER), the rest of the file often consists of binary "garbage" text - the actual images and fonts of the document.
