WSZ files are primarily Winamp Classic Skins - custom interface designs for the legendary Winamp media player. Under the hood, a .WSZ file is simply a standard ZIP archive that has been renamed. This format encapsulates all the necessary UI assets, including BMP images for buttons and backgrounds, CUR cursor files, and TXT configuration files (like main.bmp or pledit.txt).
