Extract text from Touch Portal plugins (TPP)

A .TPP file most commonly acts as a Touch Portal plugin package. Under the hood, these are standard ZIP archives containing scripts, icons, and configuration files that add new functionality to the Touch Portal macro pad application. The extension is heavily fragmented and is also widely used for website download projects in Teleport Pro, image processing presets in Topaz Labs software (formatted as XML), and C++ template implementation files.
The main problem with .TPP files is this ambiguity. Windows and macOS do not natively know how to route these files because multiple unrelated programs claim the extension. If you double-click a Topaz preset, it will fail to load in Touch Portal. Furthermore, Touch Portal plugins are proprietary packages; they are entirely dependent on the host software to unpack, install, and execute. You cannot browse their contents natively without specialized tools.
