About SVP files

The .SVP file format is primarily used as a Synthesizer V Project file by Synthesizer V Studio, a vocal synthesis engine developed by Dreamtonics. These files contain intricate vocal tracks, phoneme timing, lyrics, and musical notes. Structurally, modern .SVP files are built on JSON, making them readable in text editors but useless as standalone audio files. Secondary uses for the .SVP extension include TIA Portal Service Packages used by Siemens, legacy Sonique audio visualization plugins encoded as EXE, Spectra Geospatial Survey Pro project files encoded in UTF-16 (LE), and Subsurface Viewer Projects. Because .SVP files are highly specialized project and data containers, they are heavily restricted. You cannot play an .SVP project file in standard media players like VLC or share it as a playable audio track. Opening these files requires the exact proprietary software they were built for, creating major friction for collaboration. Users commonly need to convert .SVP files to standard formats like WAV or MP3 to share vocal tracks, or export the musical score to MIDI or UST (UTAU Sequence Text) for cross-platform editing. Converting directly usually requires rendering the vocal track natively within Synthesizer V. Standard online audio converters routinely fail with .SVP files because they expect raw audio waveforms, not JSON-based instruction sets or proprietary service packages. This file format is difficult to open or convert outside of its native ecosystem. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the data. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded format, viewing or conversion may still be possible.

Convert.Guru analyzes your SVP file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted UST, MID, VSQ, SPV, MP3, ZIP, USTX, VSQX, SVG, PNG, VPR, MP4 and HGT files.
