Extract text from iQIYI video files (QSV)

The .QSV extension is most frequently associated with encrypted video files generated by iQIYI, one of the largest streaming platforms in China. These files are created when users download content for offline viewing within the iQIYI PC or mobile client. Unlike standard video containers, .QSV files are heavily encrypted and employ a proprietary DRM (Digital Rights Management) scheme designed to prevent unauthorized distribution.
Because of this lock-in, users face significant friction: the files are effectively "dead" outside the official iQIYI application. You cannot play them in standard media players like VLC Media Player or Windows Media Player, nor can you import them into editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
