Convert QRS to another file type
To convert QRS ECG files to another format, you need WFDB Software Package or other Data software.
Convert a file to QRS
To convert other file formats to the "Medical Data File" file type, you need software like WFDB Software Package or a similar tool.
About QRS files
The .QRS file extension is primarily associated with Electrocardiogram (ECG) data files. These files store signal annotations and waveform data used in cardiology and medical research. They are frequently generated by medical hardware like GE Marquette Medical Systems or analyzed using the PhysioNet WFDB software package. Additionally, .QRS files are used as QuickReport Snapshot files by QBS Software QuickReport, a reporting component for Delphi and C++Builder. A smaller number of .QRS files function as robotics programming projects in TRIK Studio.
The main disadvantage of .QRS files is their fragmented and proprietary nature. Medical .QRS files require highly specialized, often legacy software to interpret the raw waveform data. Without these specific medical tools, the data is completely locked and unreadable. Similarly, QuickReport Snapshots are designed for isolated Delphi development environments and cannot be natively opened by modern web browsers or standard office suites.
Users typically need to convert medical .QRS files to universally readable data formats like CSV or TXT for statistical analysis in Python or Excel. QuickReport users usually need to convert their snapshots to PDF or HTML to share reports with clients or colleagues. However, this file format is difficult to open or convert natively. Because the formats are closed or tightly integrated with specific hardware, standard online converters fail to process them. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded format, such as the standard ZIP structure used by TRIK Studio .QRS files, viewing or conversion may still be possible.
Convert.Guru analyzes your QRS file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
If you want to convert QRS file to CSV, JSON, XML, YAML, YML, TOML, INI, CFG, CONF, DAT, DB or SQL, you can use WFDB Software Package or similar software from the "ECG Signal Storage & Snapshots" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….
To convert DBF, XML, SQLITE, XLSX, SQL, TSV, ACCDB, YAML, MDB, CSV, ODS or JSON files to QRS, try WFDB Software Package or another comparable tool in the "ECG Signal Storage & Snapshots" category.
The QRS Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our QRS converter.
