About NDC files

The .NDC file extension is primarily associated with Nero DiscSpeed (formerly Nero CD-DVD Speed), a utility used to benchmark the performance of optical drives (CD, DVD, Blu-ray). These files contain binary or structured text data representing transfer rates, seek times, and CPU usage graphs generated during a drive test.
