Extract text from DeedMapper and Logger Pro files (MBL)

Most commonly, these files are DeedMapper bibliography lists used by genealogists and historians to store land patent abstracts and historical property records. Since DeedMapper is highly specialized software, sharing these files with clients or family members who don't own a license is difficult. The proprietary format locks the historical data away; converting these to PDF is essential for archiving or sharing research, while converting to TXT or CSV allows the data to be imported into modern GIS tools or spreadsheet applications.
Alternatively, in academic and scientific settings, an .MBL file may be a data log created by Logger Pro.
