About FRX files

The .FRX extension is shared by three distinct but technical file formats, creating frequent confusion for developers and archivists. Most commonly, it is a FastReport .NET report definition file, an XML-based template used to generate business reports. These files require the FastReport engine to render and are often useless to end-users without the associated data source or viewing software.
