Extract text from Landscape design files (DPD)
To convert DPD Design files to another format, you need DynaSCAPE Design or other Cad software.
To convert other file formats to the "Proprietary CAD & Hardware Data" file type, you need software like DynaSCAPE Design or a similar tool.
The .DPD file extension is heavily fragmented and used by several completely different, mutually incompatible software programs. Most often, it represents a proprietary landscape design drawing created in DynaSCAPE Design. Alternatively, it is frequently used as an AC drive parameter file for Danfoss Vacon hardware.
Both primary uses share a major disadvantage: they are highly restricted formats. DynaSCAPE files are locked behind a specialized, expensive CAD subscription, making it impossible for clients or external contractors to view the blueprints natively. Danfoss Vacon files require proprietary drive manager software (like Vacon Live) and are useless to standard text or data editors unless you know how to extract them. Users urgently need to convert these files to shareable formats - translating CAD drawings to standard PDF, DWG, or DXF files, or extracting drive parameters to readable XML or TXT data.
Because .DPD is a closed format with multiple distinct meanings, standard online converters fail to process it. Third-party tools cannot decrypt DynaSCAPE's binary geometry.
