A .DLI file functions primarily as a Reinforcement steel detailing file created by Disol Ltda DL-NET. It is also commonly used as an import plugin for Autodesk 3ds Max, or an Executable file (ELF format) for the DLX Processor Simulator.
These formats present severe limitations. The DL-NET detailing format is proprietary, closed, and typically requires a paid software license to open. The Autodesk 3ds Max plugin is a compiled executable script, not standard 3D geometry.
