A .cvx file is a specialized vector drawing created by Canvas X, a technical illustration software suite originally developed by ACD Systems and now managed by Canvas GFX. For general sharing and archiving, PDF is the best target format as it preserves vector scalability and text. For web usage, convert to SVG or PNG.
