Extract text from Game models (CM3)

The .CM3 file extension represents two distinct, highly proprietary formats that often leave users stranded without the correct software.
The most common use (approx. 27%) is within the MMORPG Granado Espada (developed by IMC Games). These files contain compiled 3D character animations and mesh data. Unlike standard FBX or OBJ files, .CM3 files are binary-encoded and optimized for the game's proprietary engine. They are typically packed inside IPF archives. Users often encounter them when attempting to mod the game or extract character assets for use in Blender or Autodesk Maya. Direct conversion is difficult; you cannot simply drag-and-drop these into a standard 3D editor without first unpacking the game archives and using a hex editor or community-made conversion script to interpret the bone structure and vertex data.
The second common type is a JetDB-based database file used by MRI Software (specifically the Budgeting & Forecasting module). These files store complex real estate financial models, budget scenarios, and forecasting data. While they share the underlying architecture of a standard Jet Database (similar to older Microsoft Access MDB files), the schema is locked to the MRI ecosystem. Users typically need to convert these files to XLSX (Excel) or CSV to migrate data or perform external analysis. Without the original MRI environment, the file appears as a corrupt or unreadable database.
