Extract text from Circuit files (CIRC)

A .CIRC file is a circuit diagram project. In most cases, it stores a digital logic circuit created with Logisim, an educational tool for designing and simulating logic circuits. These files are saved in plain XML format. They contain coordinates, components, logic gates, and wire connections.
Another common use for .CIRC files is Festo FluidSIM. In this software, the file stores pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical circuit diagrams. These files are usually compressed with GZIP.
The main disadvantage of .CIRC files is their strict dependence on niche educational or industrial software. If you send a .CIRC file to a client, teacher, or colleague, they cannot open it without installing the exact software you used. Furthermore, the original Logisim project is abandoned, forcing users to rely on community forks like Logisim-Evolution which can cause compatibility issues.
