They are often gigabytes in size, making local manipulation extremely difficult without specialized Linux command-line tools like bigWigToBedGraph. On the other hand, Browzwear 3D files are locked within an expensive, proprietary ecosystem. If you do not have an active software subscription, you cannot open, view, or reuse the garments.
To overcome these limitations, you must convert the file. For genomic analysis, text parsing, or editing, convert .BW to .BEDGRAPH or WIG formats. For 3D apparel files, exporting or converting to standard OBJ or FBX formats is essential for cross-platform collaboration and rendering in other 3D software.
