Extract text from Sega 32X ROMs (32X)

A .32X file is a raw binary ROM image that contains the exact data from a physical Sega 32X game cartridge. The Sega 32X was a hardware add-on for the Sega Genesis. Gamers and archivists use these files with software emulators to play classic video games on modern computers.
You can open .32X files using specialized emulation software like Kega Fusion or RetroArch (using the PicoDrive emulation core). You cannot open these files natively on Windows, macOS, or Linux.
The main disadvantage of the .32X format is that it relies entirely on proprietary hardware architecture. Standard operating systems do not understand the raw CPU instructions and custom asset data stored inside. Furthermore, many emulators refuse to boot the file unless you also provide the official Sega 32X BIOS system files.
Converting a .32X file to a video format or PC executable is technically impossible. Instead, you typically convert or archive .32X files to ZIP or 7Z to save storage space. Standard online converters fail when processing these files because they attempt to process them as standard audio or video data.
