Extract text from WindowBlinds skins (WBA)

A .WBA file is a visual style skin used by WindowBlinds, a popular desktop customization utility developed by Stardock. These files contain custom graphics, fonts, and layout definitions that completely alter the appearance of the Windows graphical user interface, including the taskbar, window frames, and control buttons.
The main disadvantage of the .WBA format is its proprietary lock-in. You cannot natively apply a .WBA theme to Windows without an active WindowBlinds installation. Furthermore, because these skins hook deeply into the operating system's interface engine, older .WBA files frequently break or cause visual glitches when Windows updates its core UI.
Under the hood, a .WBA file is simply a standard ZIP archive containing raw image assets (such as BMP, PNG, or TGA) and configuration scripts (usually UIS files).
