Extract text from WeiDU scripts (TP2)

The .TP2 file is most commonly an Infinity Engine game mod installation script used by the WeiDU modding tool to alter games like Baldur's Gate. Secondarily, it functions as an XML-based territorial planning data file for the IAS2-TP application.
You can natively open WeiDU .TP2 scripts using any advanced text editor, while IAS2-TP data requires the proprietary territorial planning software.
The primary disadvantage of the .TP2 format is its highly specialized nature. WeiDU scripts rely on a custom, complex syntax that standard code editors do not natively format, making them difficult to read or troubleshoot for non-modders.
