The .TDL extension is most frequently generated by AbstractSpoon ToDoList, an open-source task management utility for Windows. These files function as hierarchical project databases stored in XML format. While XML makes the data theoretically readable, the nested structure of tasks, deadlines, and flags is difficult to interpret without the native software.
