Extract text from Stereolithography and license files (SLC)

The .slc file format most commonly functions as a Stereolithography Contour 3D model. Unlike standard mesh formats, .slc files store 2D slice outlines of a 3D model, specifically designed for industrial stereolithography apparatus (SLA) 3D printers and slicer software like Chitubox.
However, the extension is highly fragmented. It frequently acts as a Software License Certificate for desktop applications like PaintTool SAI, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Steven Slate Drums. It also appears as a ZIP-compressed training simulation project for SAP Enable Now or an XML-based level collection for the Sokoban puzzle game.
This extreme fragmentation is the primary disadvantage of the format. A .slc file from Microsoft Silverlight is actually an SQLite database cache, while an Adobe .slc is plain text. If you try to open a license file in a 3D slicer, the software will throw an error. Proprietary license files cannot be converted or modified without breaking your software activation. Furthermore, 3D contour files are closed and difficult to edit because they only contain 2D layers instead of a manipulatable solid 3D mesh.
If your file is a 3D contour model, you may want to convert it to standard formats like STL or OBJ. Keep in mind that reversing sliced layers back into a solid mesh often results in lost detail or visual artifacts.
