The .RPGSAVE file type represents a saved game state generated by titles developed with RPG Maker MV or RPG Maker MZ. These files store critical session data, including character stats, inventory contents, current map location, and global switches (event flags).
While .RPGSAVE files are fundamentally structured text, they are often generated as minified or encoded strings to save space and deter casual tampering.
