The .RJS file extension is most commonly an Outlook add-in script used by ReliefJet Essentials. These files contain automation commands and settings for Microsoft Outlook. Less frequently, an .RJS file is an obsolete RealJukebox Skin File by RealNetworks, or a plain text Ruby Javascript File used by web developers. The primary disadvantage of the ReliefJet .RJS format is its proprietary nature. It requires a specialized utility to execute natively, and it locks your data in a closed ecosystem. Because these scripts are saved as compressed archives rather than plain text, you cannot read them directly in a standard web browser or text editor. Meanwhile, legacy RealJukebox skins are entirely useless today because the parent software was abandoned over two decades ago. If you need to view or edit a ReliefJet .RJS file, the best conversion target is ZIP. Since the file is internally structured as a standard ZIP archive, converting or renaming it allows you to extract the internal XML and script data. Ruby Javascript files can simply be saved as JS or TXT.
