Extract text from Plot theme files (OFP)

To convert other file formats to the "Graph Theme File" file type, you need software like Origin or a similar tool.
The .OFP file extension stands for Origin Function Plot Theme File. It is exclusively used by Origin and OriginPro, specialized scientific graphing and data analysis software developed by OriginLab.
These files store visual formatting settings for mathematical function plots, such as axis limits, line weights, color palettes, and typography. The primary disadvantage of the .OFP format is that it is strictly proprietary. It requires an expensive, paid subscription to open natively. Standard web browsers and common document viewers cannot render it. Furthermore, users often mistakenly believe an .OFP file contains their actual plotted data; it does not. It only contains the stylistic rules applied to the data.
Because this is a closed, proprietary format, standard online converters fail to process it into viewable graphs like PDF or PNG. Direct conversion of an .OFP file into an image is impossible without the underlying data. However, if you need to extract the raw configuration text, target formats like TXT or XML are your best options.
