Extract text from Corel and Carestream files (CPH)

The .cph file extension is primarily a legacy graphic design document created by Corel Print House, a discontinued desktop publishing application popular in the late 1990s. These files store multi-layered layouts, including vector graphics, raster images, and text used for creating greeting cards, banners, and brochures. A smaller percentage of .cph files function as compressed data packages used by Carestream Dental Imaging Software to store clinical X-rays and patient records.
The main disadvantage of a .cph file is its extreme obsolescence and highly proprietary nature. Because Corel built these files using an undocumented implementation of the Microsoft Compound File Binary Format, modern graphic design tools and standard web browsers cannot open them. Furthermore, the alternative dental imaging files are strictly locked to specific clinical environments. Users without access to legacy versions of CorelDRAW or Carestream software are typically locked out of their data.
