To convert SQC Data files to another format, you need QualiPoc or other Data software.
To convert other file formats to the "Network Measurement File" file type, you need software like QualiPoc or a similar tool.
A .sqc file typically contains mobile network measurement data generated by QualiPoc, a professional network testing software. Telecommunication engineers use these files to log cellular network performance, signal strength, and RF telemetry. Alternatively, a .sqc file functions as a custom campaign mission file for the tactical shooter game Arma 3 by Bohemia Interactive.
The main disadvantage of the .sqc format is its proprietary lock-in. QualiPoc files require expensive, specialized software to open and analyze. Sharing these files with stakeholders or clients who lack a QualiPoc license is inherently difficult. Similarly, Arma 3 files are deeply tied to the proprietary Real Virtuality game engine and cannot be opened natively outside the game environment.
Because these formats are highly specific, standard online converters fail to process them. They do not understand the proprietary RF telemetry structures or the game engine schemas. However, the QualiPoc variant uses a standard ZIP internal structure. This means the best conversion targets are ZIP for extraction, or CSV and XML to view the raw data logs. We will inspect the internal file structure and show you the text or embedded content. Because the QualiPoc file relies on a standard archive container, our analysis can often detect the embedded format, making viewing or extracting the underlying raw data entirely possible.
