You cannot upload a .quiz file directly to a web server, email it to a student to take, or import it into a Learning Management System (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard. It requires the licensed iSpring QuizMaker software just to open or view the content. Furthermore, because it is a complex project file, it is prone to version incompatibility if you try to open a modern file in an older version of the software.
