About LTF files
The .LTF file extension primarily identifies Football Manager Language files developed by Sports Interactive. These files store localized in-game text strings using standard UTF-8 encoding. Alternatively, an .LTF file might function as a Fire Panel Loop Translation used by Advanced fire alarm panels (stored in UTF-16 Little Endian), or a PCB Layout Technology File used by CAD software such as LayoutEditor or ABACOM Sprint-Layout.
