A .KTH file is a presentation template used by Apple Keynote. It stores reusable slide layouts, custom fonts, vector shapes, and background graphics. They are proprietary to the Apple ecosystem, meaning Windows or Linux users cannot open them natively without an Apple device or an active iCloud subscription. The files also easily exceed 50MB if the creator embeds unoptimized high-resolution background media.
