The .ITK file extension is most commonly associated with a ScummVM Game Data File. It acts as a proprietary archive container used by ScummVM - a virtual machine that revives classic point-and-click adventure games (such as Toonstruck or Urban Runner). Inside an .ITK file, the game engine stores critical multimedia assets, including proprietary VMD (Video and Music Data) cutscenes, DPCM-compressed audio speech, and custom fonts.
