Extract text from eXeLearning packages (ELP)

The .ELP file extension is primarily used for eXeLearning Packages, which are authored using the open-source eXeLearning environment or the Edebé Logos Digital platform. Structurally, these educational files are standard ZIP archives containing a directory of XML data, HTML pages, images, and embedded multimedia resources.
The main disadvantage of the .ELP format is its strict reliance on specific authoring platforms. Without the original eXeLearning software or a compatible Learning Management System (LMS), users cannot natively open, view, or interact with the lesson. Sharing an .ELP file directly with students or clients usually results in frustration, as web browsers and standard operating systems do not recognize the extension.
