Convert BLI to another file type
To convert BLI bitmaps to another format, you need AGCO ImageLink or other Data software.
Convert a file to BLI
To convert other file formats to the "Technical Publication Data" file type, you need software like AGCO ImageLink or a similar tool.
About BLI files
The .BLI file format is primarily used as an ImageLink bitmap or technical publication data file within systems managed by AGCO Corporation. These files typically store parts catalogs, technical diagrams, and service manuals for heavy agricultural machinery. A secondary use is for storing raw elemental analysis data generated by the Bruker S1 TITAN Spectrometer, or as firmware update files for Thomson Speedtouch routers. The biggest disadvantage of the .BLI format is its strictly proprietary nature. You cannot open a .BLI file in standard web browsers, generic document viewers, or basic image applications like Windows Photos. It requires specialized, industry-specific software that is often restricted to corporate networks or expensive hardware packages. Sharing these files with clients or colleagues who lack the native software is nearly impossible. To make the data usable, .BLI files containing bitmaps should ideally be converted to standard image formats like JPG, PNG, or PDF. If the file contains spectrometer data, it is best extracted to CSV or XLSX for spreadsheet analysis. Because .BLI is a closed, proprietary format, standard online converters usually fail to process it. Often, only the original software can properly read or export the data. However, you can drag and drop your file into convert.guru to identify the format, inspect the file, and view its text or internal content. If our analysis detects a supported underlying or embedded standard format, viewing or conversion may still be possible.
Convert.Guru analyzes your BLI file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.
If you want to convert BLI file to TMP, TEMP, CACHE, LOG, BAK, OLD, NEW, PART, DOWNLOAD, CRDOWNLOAD, LOCK or PID, you can use AGCO ImageLink or similar software from the "Technical Publication Data Storage" category. In the File menu, look for Save As… or Export….
To convert DEVICE, CACHE, SOCK, SYMLINK, PID, MOUNT, FIFO, LOG, PIPE, TMP, JUNCTION or TEMP files to BLI, try AGCO ImageLink or another comparable tool in the "Technical Publication Data Storage" category.
The BLI Converter Story
The history of Convert.Guru began over 25 years ago in California with Tom Simondi’s file-format database. A former contributor to Space Shuttle development and a software pioneer of the 1980s, Simondi established a trusted resource for file type analysis that was even referenced by Microsoft Windows XP. Today, we use modern technology to process and convert thousands of file formats while continually improving our BLI converter.
