Because it is a proprietary, closed format, .BKK is entirely unsupported by modern hardware like Amazon Kindle or Rakuten Kobo, and cannot be opened by standard web browsers or modern document editors.
To read a .BKK file on modern devices, users must convert it to open standards like EPUB or universally readable formats like PDF or TXT.
