The .wpc extension is a classic example of a filename collision, most commonly representing a Pazzles Cutting File generated by Pazzles Inspiration Studio or older versions of the Funtime Scrapbooking software. These files contain vector paths, nodes, and layers designed to instruct an electronic cutter to slice through paper, vinyl, or cardstock. The practical constraint for users today is that .wpc is a highly proprietary vector format; modern industry-standard cutters like Cricut or Silhouette cannot open them directly, and the original software often requires a specific USB dongle or outdated operating system to function.
