About TLL files

A .TLL file is an LG TV Link-Loader configuration file, primarily used to clone and transfer channel lists between LG Smart TVs (WebOS) and USB drives. While these files are essential for backing up TV settings or copying them to another unit (Hotel Mode), their most common use is to bypass the frustratingly slow process of sorting channels using the TV remote. By exporting the .TLL file (often found inside a GlobalClone folder) to a USB stick, users can edit the channel order on a PC. The file format is often a propriety XML wrapper or binary structure, making it unreadable to standard text editors. Users frequently convert or open these files to reorder channels, delete unwanted stations, or export the list to CSV or XLSX for printing a physical channel guide.

Convert.Guru analyzes your TLL file, detects the exact format, and lets you read the text inside.

Users also converted TTL, ENG, LANG and KFP files.
