A .SPRYZIP file is a legacy project archive used by LumaFusion, a professional multitrack video editing application for mobile devices developed by LumaTouch. It stores an entire video editing project, including the timeline data, cuts, effects, and all associated media assets like video clips, audio tracks, and images. The primary disadvantage of this proprietary format is that it cannot be opened natively by desktop editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Furthermore, these archives often exceed several gigabytes in size, making them difficult to share or upload without exhausting storage space. To migrate a project to a desktop editing environment, you must normally open the project in LumaFusion and export it as an XML package. Because of the proprietary timeline data structure, standard online converters fail to process .SPRYZIP files directly into rendered videos or other project formats. Since the file is fundamentally a standard compressed archive, you can manually rename the extension from .SPRYZIP to ZIP and extract the contents.
