Extract text from Scenario scripts (SL)

The .SL file extension is a highly fragmented format used for completely different purposes depending on the software that created it. Most frequently, it acts as a Scenario Language script for visual novels built on the KiriKiri / KAG engine, or as a verified site list used by GSA Search Engine Ranker. It is also heavily used as a software license container for tools like SimLab Soft, AM-Notebook, and Snare Agent, or as game data in older titles like Homeworld and StarCraft.
The primary disadvantage of .SL files is this severe fragmentation. Because the extension is claimed by dozens of unrelated programs, your operating system will rarely know how to open it natively. Double-clicking usually results in a generic error. Furthermore, some .SL files are plain text, some are proprietary binaries, and others - like the GSA SER site lists - are actually just renamed ZIP archives. This makes manual inspection incredibly confusing and risks data corruption if the file is forced open in the wrong software.
To make these files usable, format analysis and conversion are often necessary. If the file is a text-based script, convert it to TXT or MD for easy reading and editing. If it is a GSA SER site list, convert it to ZIP to extract the underlying text documents. Avoid converting binary license files, as altering them will break their cryptographic signature.
