A .SDSK file is a SafeHouse Private Storage Volume created by PC Dynamics to secure private data. It functions as an encrypted virtual hard drive that locks your documents behind a master password. To open or mount these files, users rely on SafeHouse Explorer or SafeHouse Professional.
Users often want to convert or extract .SDSK files because the format is highly proprietary and requires third-party software to open. The files can be very large, they are not supported by web browsers, and you cannot access the contents natively on modern mobile devices or macOS without the original Windows software.
