Extract text from SmartDraw libraries (SBJ)

The .SBJ file extension represents a classic file format conflict, serving two completely different industries: business diagramming and academic research.
Most commonly (approx. 40%), an .SBJ file is a SmartDraw Symbol Library. Users of SmartDraw create these files to store collections of reusable vector shapes and icons for flowcharts or floor plans. The key problem here is proprietary lock-in; these libraries are often stored in a Microsoft Compound File binary container that standard vector editors like Adobe Illustrator cannot open natively.
