To listen to the session, the script must be "rendered" (converted) into a digital audio format. In a completely different context, .SBG files are occasionally found in the installation directories of the Fallout game series. In this scenario, the file is often just a standard JPEG image (JFIF format) that has been renamed with a proprietary extension to function as a background asset. These files can usually be opened simply by renaming the extension from .sbg to jpg.
