Extract text from Radroutenplaner route files (RRP)

The .RRP file primarily functions as an XML-based cycle route planner file utilized by Radroutenplaner Deutschland and the Falk Routenplaner software. Because both applications use distinct XML schemas, an .RRP file from Falk cannot be opened in FastReport, and vice versa.
